Please be advised that the Wellesley Clubhouse may be rented by Wellesley homeowners only. If you wish to reserve the clubhouse email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Sheila Shanks at 770-924-9477 to make a reservation. Please remember that a clubhouse reservation is secured only when a completed rental agreement and payment are submitted.
The Clubhouse rental fees and deposits required are as follows:
For social functions sponsored by the Wellesley HOA and for meetings needed to conduct Wellesley business, there is no rental fee or deposit required. Note: Rental requests pertaining to social functions sponsored by the Wellesley HOA must be submitted in writing to the Association at least one month before the rental date, and such events can only be held if approved by the Association. All written requests must be clearly detailed so that the Association can help properly advertise the event to the entire Wellesley community.
Rental Fees for Resident Events (There is a $200.00 deposit required):
For meetings and events without food - $75
For events with food and drinks - $100

Any resident who sponsors an event must sign the rental agreement and be present at the event.
There are 13 square tables, 65 chairs, 4 six foot long tables (suitable for serving food).
Kitchen includes pass-thru bar counter to kitchen, sink, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and stove/oven/microwave.
Clubhouse has a gas fireplace, a sitting area with 2 couches, and access to a private balcony.
